Take a deep breathe in as you breathe out . Then gently press the cartilage of your ears . 

You can keep the cartilage pressed or press it and out with your fingers while making a loud humming sound like a bee .

You can also make a low pitch sound but to make high pitch sound it is  a good idea . 

Breathe in again and continue the pattern for 3 - 4 times .

But with the passage of time you can increase your duration according to your own capacity . Now you can do this pranayama for 7- 8 times and for 10 - 15 minutes . But the maximum time to do bhramari pranayama is 20 minutes .
